As this company was ready to step out of stealth mode, it needed a brand and unique positioning that spoke to the beliefs and mission of the founder. In collaboration with outside strategic positioning, we named, and created a brand through every aspect needed to launch publicly. Nobell would make a statement through it’s infectiously positive personality, that the future of conscious food does not have to be a sacrifice of taste and transformative power — the future is delicious.
As of now, Nobell makes delicious cheese without the cow. They create identical proteins to those from traditional dairy, using plants. They are a band of rebels with a smile. They unite all types of eaters over common goals, and science-backed education to find what’s possible with food.
The challenge within the challenge: Create a brand that belongs in an edgy and independent food zine, the menu of a Michelin Star restaurant, and the side of a Domino’s pizza box.
